Our Story

Born from Culture, Built for the Future

SIMAT Education Trust was founded as a legacy project at the completion of a PhD — a testament to the transformative power of education and a commitment to giving back to the Maasai community that gave so much.

Our logo, a Maasai beadwork shield crowned with a graduation cap, captures everything we stand for: the union of ancient cultural pride with modern academic achievement. We believe the two are not in conflict, but in conversation.
